Guidelines for Publishing Property Classified Ads

• All property classifieds should have at least 3 actual photographs of the specific property.
• No other images or graphics are allowed.
• Advertisements that are already published cannot be edited to a different portion or property.
• The photographs should be of high quality and clearly reflect the Sri Lankan property.
• Each available property should have its own unique images.
• Each property/portion should be posted as a separate advertisement.
• Posting more than one property/portion details in an advertisement is considered spam and is NOT ALLOWED.
• Do not use repeated upper case letters, or include phone numbers in property images or in heading.
• No contact details should be included in the description.

Each Property should be posted under the right category, EA owners, moderators and administration reserve the right to make changes to the Ad category without prior warning or subsequent justification.
